Quality improvement (QI) is a systematic, formal approach to the analysis of data, practice performance with the intention of implementing efforts to improve performance and outcomes.

Our QI efforts focus solely on the ways in which Intergenerational trauma impact the functioning of systems and institutions. Understanding and properly implementing QI is essential to a well-functioning system and is necessary for any institution interested in improving efficiency, engagement with stakeholders, or overall cohesion. In addition, good QI practices and improved outcomes position systems for success.

We work within the following sectors to support organizations and institutions in understanding how trauma impacts various aspects of their work and desired impact.
